Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Luxfeuer – An offering of Altezo GmbH

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via our online shop Luxfeuer (www.luxfeuer.de) between you as the customer and us, Altezo GmbH, Bruchwiesenstraße 73, 63322 Rödermark.

Our offer is directed at both consumers and entrepreneurs as defined by the German Civil Code (BGB).
Consumers are natural persons who place orders for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding contracts with us, act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

Conclusion of Contract
• The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an non-binding invitation to order.
• By clicking the "Jetzt kaufen" (Buy Now) button, you place a binding order for the items contained in your shopping cart.
• After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. This does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract only becomes effective with the dispatch of an explicit acceptance declaration or the delivery of the goods.

Correction Options

Before submitting your order, you can review and, if necessary, change your entries at any time. Information on how to make corrections is provided directly during the order process.

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
• The contract language is German.
• The contract text is stored by us and can be requested after the conclusion of the contract. The T&Cs are available on our website at any time.

4. Delivery Conditions
• We deliver exclusively within Germany and to selected European countries. Self-collection of goods is not possible.
• Delivery is made by our shipping service provider to the delivery address you provided.
Shipping costs are displayed during the order process.

Delivery Times

The delivery time is usually 2–3 working days. We will indicate any deviating delivery times in the online shop.

5. Prices and Payment Terms
All stated prices are in Euros (EUR) and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).

We offer the following payment methods:
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) – The charge is made immediately after the order process.
• PayPal and PayPal Express – Via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l.
• Klarna (instant transfer, installment purchase, invoice purchase) – Subject to a successful credit check by Klarna.
• Google Pay and Apple Pay – For payments via mobile device or compatible browsers.
• giropay / paydirekt – Payment directly from your bank account.

We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods or to only allow certain payments after a credit check.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 30 days.
Right of Withdrawal Information:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
After verification of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to you within 5 to 7 days using the original payment method.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
• Goods made to individual customer specifications.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds
You have a 30-day return period from receipt of the goods.
Return Process:
1. Contact us via email: support@altezo.de
2. You will receive a pre-paid return label (only within Germany).
3. Pack the goods securely and send them back to us with the return label.

Important Notes:
• The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition, including packaging.
• We cover the costs of returns within Germany. For returns from abroad, the customer bears the shipping costs.

8. Transport Damage
Should you notice obvious transport damage, we kindly ask you to:
• Report it directly to the delivery person and
• Inform us by email with a description and pictures of the damage.

Failure to report the damage does not affect your statutory warranty rights, but it helps us assert our claims against the shipping service provider.

9. Warranty and Guarantees
Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.

For entrepreneurs, the following applies:
• The warranty period for newly manufactured goods is 1 year from the transfer of risk.
• The statutory limitation periods for recourse claims according to § 445a BGB remain unaffected.

If we offer additional guarantees, you will find corresponding information in the product descriptions.
