Want to return a product? No problem!
At Luxfeuer, we place great importance on your satisfaction. Should an item not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it to us within 30 days of receipt – completely hassle-free.
How to return:
1. Get in touch:
Send us an email to info@luxfeuer.de.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive return label:
Our team will get back to you within 24 hours and provide you with a return label.
3. Package & ship:
Securely pack the item, attach the return label, and drop off the package at the nearest DHL branch or Packstation.
4. Receive refund:
After checking the return, we will refund the amount within 3 to 5 days to the original payment method chosen.
Important notes:
• Returns are only possible if the item is in its original condition.
• Shipping costs: Returns from Germany are free of charge for you.
• Unfortunately, we currently do not cover shipping costs for returns from abroad.
